Need a laptop around rs.40k.. URGENT!!!!

Hi..
Am planning to buy a lappy within a week.
I need a laptop around rs.40k with the following specs:
1. INTEL i5 (3rd generation) OR AMD A10 - Tell me which is better
2. Min 4GB RAM
3. 500GB - 1TB hard disk
4. 1Gb graphics card min
5. 2 USB 3.0 ports
6. Good battery backup
7. Decent keyboard and touchpad

I looked in flipkart and few models were good like
LENOVO G580
HP 4540 Probook
HP pavilion 2313AX

Please do suggest which is the best even if its something that i have not mentioned here!!

2013 is no longer any VFM. Flipkart is steadily increasing the price so unless it falls to 38k or less, don't consider it. you can find i5 3rd gen + 7670 at 41k only, the 3k premium over 2013 AX is absolutely worth it.
