can but will be close. if your processor of 95W, go for HD5850. also do upp your ram to 4Gb

He can fabricate a secondary 6 PIN PEG using a molex to 6 PIN converter. It is quite conventional and standard practice.

increase your psu to 550w and go for 5850 without any second thought...
and for monitor choose from benq or dell...
