I need a graphics card for 10K(not greater than 10 K) ...a pcie card .Suggest me one...

well i aint so sure about india anymore....as its been quite long since my last visit....but over here it is possible to get an ATI x1950pro for maybe 1k more than your budget...

In here a 7600GT is still 10.5k-11k...XFX one though....the palit is much cheaper....

7600 GT will be a great deal at 11k... (worth spending 1K more)
And if its not in you budget then go for a XFX 7600 GS @ 7.3K
thus getting another acessories for remaining money

don't spend over 9k or so for this card. Alternately get the 1800GTO, choose your share of games first.

consider after market cooling as well.
