Intel G630 @3.3k <-- A10 5800K @8.5k. You can try.

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H @4.3k <--Asus F2A55-M LK PLUS @4.65k or MSI FM2-A55M-E33 @3.5k. You can try either of these.

Corsair DDR3 4GB 1333MHz (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9) @1.4k

MSI R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC @8.6k

WDC 1TB Green WD10EARX @4.3k <-- Out of stock right now on Flipkart, but I'm gonna get this one soon. 64MB cache on it is the deal-breaker. :D

Asus DRW-24B5ST DVD @1.1k

Corsair CX430 V2 @2.6k

Cooler Master Elite 311 @2.2k

Dell IN2030M @6.3k <-- Full-HD monitor will cost you 2.5k more. Example: Dell ST2220L @8.8k

Logitech MK100 @0.45k

F&D E200 @0.85k

APC BR600VA-IN @1.9k

Total: 37.3k

Moral: Its difficult to get a good gaming PC for sub-30k (especially when you want full-HD, which also means getting a good GPU for that res).

I3 3220 (7000)
msi h67ma e35 (4600)
ram: corsair value select ddr3 4 GB (1400)
psu: corsair cx430v2 (2700)
hdd: seagate 1 TB (4400)
logitech keyboard mouse combo 750
monitor: lg e2242c hd (8000)
optical drive: 900
cabinet: zebronics (1000)

total: 30750

buy a graphic later as there's no poini in getting a cheap one. The integrated graphics are good enough to play games on low settings and you can always add a graphic card later.

^^disagreeing on that point !
OP go for this
A10 5800K 8.2K (Already has a decent GPU hd 7660D)
Asus F2A55 M LK PLUS 4.6K
Corsair Value Ram 4GB 1.2k
NZXT Gamma 2.4k
WD Caviar Blue 500GB HDD 3.4k
Corsair CX 430 V2 2.6K
Dell IN2030M 6K
APC 600VA UPS 2K
LG DVD Writer 24X 950rs
KB + Mouse + Speakers 2k

Around 33k +-/500rs
This rig is much better than intel i3 rig because
1) The on chip gpu is better in this and can play most games at low mid settings smoothly !
2) The CPU is overclockable, adding a tiny bit of future proofing.
3) Adding a 7xxx series GPU later to this config will result in Hybrid crossfire between the dedicated and the onboard gpu hence performing a bit better than it would on the i3 based rig.

+1 for A10-5800K. Equal to i3 in processing tasks and much much faster IGP.

ghost_z's config is highly recommended. Go for it.

I3 3220 - 6.8k
Asus H61 - 2.9k
4 GB DDR3 Corsair memory - 1.1k
Dell IN2030M - 5.9k
CX430v2 or VS450 - 2.3-2.7k
Case - El cheapo local ones - 0.5k (without psu)*
DVD Writer - ASUS 1k
Intex/Frontech 600va UPS - 1.4k
HDD - 500 GB (depends upon ur choice, id avoid WD green if i were u) for Rs 3.5k
which leaves Rs 4600 for graphics card. Spend 3.5 k more and get a HD 7770
Note that it is impossible to build a full HD gaming rig in this budget..
And I have opted for local Cabinet because of cost cutting.. you can replace it later if u feel like it, but it is hard to replace a GPU if u have already bought one

This PC is similar to the one i own (see my siggy)

AFAIK, Hybrid crossfire only works with HD 6670, and it doesnt scale well with newer games.. Better to invest in a dedicated card like hd 7770/GTX 650 ti

^^We are not basing our decision just on hybrid crossfire, what we mean is that he does not have necessary funds right now to get a balanced rig, getting a dual core no matter how fast it is is a fool's bet IMO, so thats why i suggest the a10 cpu which has 4 cores and performs quite well and also has a decent IGP.
