Sir/Madam,
I am a p*cenet user from Thane(East).
Recently I encountered a problem with net connectivity.
When I called up your customer care on October 31,2007 at 7:30 PM, there was a man named ***** ****** who took my call.
I explained to him to him that I am unable to connect to any site through the HTTPS protocol. He blankly refused that there was any mistake with your system and also started arguing with me.
When I asked him to hand-over the call to the senior officer, he said he himself was the SENIOR person there.
The funny thing is that just a day before, I had faced the same problem and called up customer care late evening that day. The guy listened to my problem and next day my problem was solved.
When I told ***** ***** about this, he went to the extent of telling me that the guy to whom I spoke last night had did nothing to solve the problem and that it was solved AUTOMATICALLY.
Later, when I insisted that there was a problem, he said that he will call up my local cable operator and ask him to check if he can login using SSL into Yahoo mail.
After around 20 mins, he called me back and said that there was nobody at the cable operators office who knew how to login with SSL in Yahoo.
Later, when I was pissed off with him and told him that I will never use P*cenet again, he absolutely did not bother.
What do I say now? Is there anything left for me to say?
