The Steelseries Sensei is a good mouse for all kinds of gaming and not only CS. I do play CS:GO though.
I haven't found a good ARTS gaming mouse for games like dota (Razer Naga had the double clicking issue after 1.5 yrs, Logitech g600 (i think?) has some issues with response time.) Sensei works for me. Comfortable, responsive and durable.
