My Gaming Rig Slows

Right off the assembly line
Hai guys,

My system still seems little bit lagging in windows applications. Its takes time boot and shutdown.All drivers are upto date
But handles games without issue.. Is there any application to check the system? Thanks in advance.

I assembled gaming system with following Configuration
1. Mother Board - ASUS MOTHERBOARD MAXIMUS VIII EXTREME
2. CPU - INTEL PROCESSOR CORE i7 6700K
3. CORSAIR SMPS RM850X
4. BENQ 3D NVIDIA G-SYNC 24" GAMING MONITOR XL2420G With 144Hz
5. G.SKILL DESKTOP RAM RIPJAWS 16GB (1 x 16GB) DDR4 3000MHZ
6. SEAGATE 7200 RPM DESKTOP SSHD 2TB INTERNAL SATA HARD DRIVE
7. CORSAIR CABINET 760T BLACK
8. CORSAIR CPU LIQUID COOLER H100i GTX
9. ASUS DVD RW 24X GREEN
10. ASUS GRAPHICS CARD GTX 980 TI 6GB DDR5 DC III OC STRIX EDITION
11. Corsair 256GB SSD
12. Operating System WIN10 64BIT

Check your HDD for bad sectors.

He is trying to say that hdd maybe faulty unit ,well its rare for a new drive but its safe to just check. If your Windows is installed on SSD check that too as your problem looks like a OS slow down.
