My Friend has got an Apple I-phone

Hi
One of my friend has got himself an Apple i-phone 2-gb

It was bought in USA by his brother ,he bought it from Apple store there

it cost him Rs18,000/- . The phone is unlocked by him personally

First i thought to take some photos but as it sounds cheap ( to some )

so i restricted myself i.e Y i will not be able to post the photos.

the i-phone was with me for abt 15-20 min .

The screen is to0 good man nd i liked some of the features But

2 or 3 of the feature do not work in India .

Also the speaker Quality is not as good as Sony-Ericsson (i felt)

nd battery backup is not very good as my friend said it last for 1.5 days max.

In the end it a good phone to carry if u have at least Rs18,000/-

Edited: in palce of most -> 2 or 3 fearures dont work in india actually his edge is not yet activates so theso fratures r not working as of now

and AFAIK except voicemail all the features work in india.. wich r u talking abt??

It's a fake or something. There's no iPhone with a storage capacity of two gigabytes. It only comes in one version and that is capable of eight gigabytes of storage.

The new Zune's surely creating a lot of waves these days.....too bad no one markets Electronic Products like the Zune or iPod in the TV Media in India

As for the sound quality of iPhone, it easily beats any cellphone out there, iPhone's Music quality is way louder and clearer than SE's or Nokia's N Series.

Edit : @saurabh : EDGE works perfectly on the iPhone. (the NOP plan in Mumbai doesnt work tho, you need MO Plan only)

23,500 Rs, Locked one from Heera Panna ! I myself unlocked like millions others, nothing that hard. Those HP Guys take 2000rs just for Unlocking the iPhone

Even i'm using an iphone since a while , actually i'm using an HTC Touch and an iphone and in terms of browsing , music , looks , interface - iphone rules ... the Touch is great no doubt but the low power 201Mhz processor takes it below in my rating . Considering other phones in that category .. iphone is great and comes out on top .
