MSConfig or Small Programme Making....?

I m using WinXp_SP2
I can do my disk check by going to run comman & type chkdsk /f
I want to know how can i make a little programme of that (like making a autorun.inf file) & put it to startup or msconfig so that when ever my windows on it do a diskcheck first
or can i make its .exe file...?
Pls help.....

In a new notepad window, just type chkdsk/f and save it as somefile.bat with BAT extension.
Then in put this file in startup folder.
