ms word trouble...how to justify text

hi all,

in my .doc file of a A4 size page....half the line is written then a new line is started(by hitting ENTER)...all the way round to the end of the file.

how can i justify this text...so as to print it on minimum number of pages??

you needs suggestions to optimize the page usage or something else?

anyway, for starters, go to Page Setup and decrease the left and right margins to 0.75 of an inch on both sides. similarly for top and bottom.

you seems to have enabled vertical alignment to justify. try adjusting it from the page setup and align it to top

just select all text using Ctrl+A & press Ctrl+J to justify all text
