MS ACCESS WITH VB6 ENTERPRISE EDITION

Helo, I am not able to use VB6 as front end for MS Access 2000 & above. But it is accepting MS Access 97 for data source. Pl tell me what is the problem & give me solutions also.. My PC Pen IV with 256MB RAM.

Yes! Even I faced the problem

after creating db in Access 2000 convert it to Access 97 then it works!

You need to access the database through ADO and not DAO for databases newer than Acess 97 ...

Sir, the solution of changing MS Access 2000 to 97 does not serve the purpose, as edting in 97 will again give raise a problem. Pl suggest me another way.

I disagree. I have used VB6 with Access 2000 database using DAO. So that is not the problem here.
