MP3 player for 4K

Hi guys i want to buy an MP3 player for Rs 4000/- please suggest from which of these brands should i choose (these are only option available at my place)
Transcend, creative or iPod.
Can i load my old songs into ipod, cuz i have heard that iPod accepts only music purchased from iTunes, is it true? i have no experience with iPod.

NO iPod accepts all mp3 files. This lock thing is not considered in India because almost none of the ppl in India use online music stores.
In any case do not go for iPod. With the budget you have it would not offer value for money. look for either transcend or creative.

I suggest Transcend Tsonic 820, 840 or 850 with Creative EP630 earbuds.

U can buy a Sansa Clip and then buy a ep-630 to get a decent music quality.Transcend's audio quality with base earphones is pathetic though it seems to have a lot of features(most of them,gimmicky like video player sucks).For sansa clip if u buy a better earphone than ep-630 there might be problem in driving it.

I’ve recently purchased Clip at *go.shopsansa.com . I’ve got because of small size and rather big screen for that tiny thing. I highly recommend it!
