Mouse Problem

Hi all,recenly i've bought a Razer deathadder for my gaming pc{win7 64bit} and a A4tech 620D for my browsing pc{win7 64 bit}.But sadly when i attached them,none of them is responding/working.Both of the mouses came without any driver cd.

Now what should i do?Is there any problem in the mouse? Should i send them back?Do they need driver soft to work properly?Any suggestion will be appreciated.Thank u.

Check the USB ports at first, before sending those mouse to RMA.

try using alternate USB ports. If keyboard works try using mouse on that and keyboard on other port

Thanks mate.Ya i checked my ps/2&usb port and both r working.And tried the updated driver of DA too.But no luck.So i guess those were faulty mouses.Now i will send them back.
