Mouse 4 laptop!

I want to know for laptop same mouse we use or different mouse is available in mkt, because when i try to insert my PC ps2 mouse into hp pavellion laptop it won't insert. There r 2 port in laptop. one looks like ps2 (similar to ps2 but PC ps2 mouse won't insert) and other one is serial port without supporting nuts(patch).

u need a usb mouse... slightly costlier... many companies available.. but prefer logitech or microsoft.

friend if iam not wrong u r trying to insert the ps/2 mouse in the svga port.. the port which is used for the video input... try usb mouse instead
