Motivational / Inspirational audios ?

Seen many scenes in (Hollywood) TV serials / movies, people listening to such motivational / inspirational audios. Anyone here listens them ?

Can anyone here suggest me the same ? Audios especially dedicated for students...

Wasn't expecting someone would actually ask me this

I have seen many but cannot actually remember those. One I can recall easily is, in Dexter, I think in season 4, one guy constantly used to listen such audios.
