motherboard there is a place where it is written PCI x16

In my motherboard documentation there is no place for PCIx16. But on my motherboard above PCIx1 there is only PCI slot and above PCI slot there is written PCI. Above that there is a place for PCIx16 slot. Slot is not thre. It has some pins like things and above it is written PCI x16. Can I add PCi x16 slot and card. Help plz.

motherboard manufacturer is Intel, it's name is something like D915GLV

coz as far as i know all 915's have a PCI-e slot

the full name of ur mobo should be 915glvgl

I know that have a PCIe x1 slot. Will it support PCIe Graphics Cards. Above PCIe slot there is two standard PCI slot above that there is place where it is written that PCIe x16 but no slot.

). Above standard PCI slot there you will see a place where you may add PCIe x16. I think so because beside it is written that PCI x16.
