Right off the assembly line
I need a motherboard with integrated gigabit lan ports (two preferred) and integrated modem (for dataone). Can be for any processor - intel or amd.

^^ I doubt there is any motherboard which comes with integrated ADSL modem (for dataone).... So you won't find it.
