Hi everybody . One of My friend wanna buy a new system framed in a really tight budget.for that please can anybody suggest a sb710 motherboard under 2.5k with atleast 740g graphic.

But if u only want under 2.5k then u can look into Biostar MCP6P3!its for 2.4k..

Both the mbo u mentioned are ddr3. It ll further raise the budget. Arent there any ddr2 mbos. Is biostar a780l still available?

may be available but you need to check..also now ddr3 also cost 2.1k for kingston 2gb, so invest in a gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 @ 2.7k which is the best in its price range...

@Innate - Sry dude..but u hadn't posted anything abt RAM so I jus presumed u already hv DDR3 RAM!!Again sry!!n yeah these days at my place DDR2 RAM costs more than DDR3 1333MHz..so y duncha go for DDR3?Also 1 more question - which CPU r u gonna use?

I checked on newegg ,they say product unavailable. But techshop.in says available. Can u exactly explain where do i check the availability of biostar a780l. My local computer dealer also says that mbo is out of production. Regarding ram, he could only spare 1.1k out of the main budget of 10k so kvr ddr2 1gb 800mhz fits here perfectly.cpu=sempron140.hdd=samsung500gb(1775rs).smps=vip400w(580rs).cabinet=he has a old one w/o psu.optical drive=lg dvdram(900rs)

I think getting any product shipped from USA(newegg) will double its effective cost!!Jus visit any Indian sites like theitwares.com,techshop.in,smcinternational n get their mail-id n ask them abt the availability of products.If they hv then good for ur fren!
Hey u hv mentioned ur fren has a budget of 10k so y not go for DDR3?2GB DDR3 1333MHz should cost somewhere arnd 2.5k!

AMD Sempron 140 @ 1.7k
Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 @ 2.7k
Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 2.1k
Samsung 500GB @ 1.8k
LG DVD @ 0.9k (can you tell which model is that?)
FSP saga II 350W @ 1.5k (instead of getting a bomb!!)

Total - 10.7k

but can you tell what will be the use of the config?

M really sorry for not being clear abt the items. So u guys see no place for ddr3 ram. Also how is celerone3200 as compared to sempron140(price?to performance)?

Celeron E3200 (2 cores) will be expensive and perform better than Sempron 140 (1 core).

And ffs, go FSP Saga II 350w @ 1.5k which has been mentioned. No use of going for VIP 400w.
