Broken In
Hi all,
I have an AMD 64 3000+ (socket 939) along with 512 MB DDR RAM and I am looking to build a cheap system for running linux. I am looking for a cheap but dependable socket 939 motherboard. I saw the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum on sale at 2.5k, which was the high end when socket 939s were being sold. So, the lower-mid range ones must have dropped to really low prices.
This one - MSI RS480M2-IL looks a good choice. Any other suggestions would greatly help. Also, some help with the places that still have these things would be great.. considering these boards are sort of extinct now...
