Hi,

I am in search of a good CPU and motherboard for my new system configuration.

I have narrowed my search to
CPU => intel C2D E8500/E8400
Motherboard => ?


I am still searching for good motherboard for my system.
I reside in delhi and found that Intel P45 chipset boards aren't available in here.

I have narrowed my search with these boards -

ASUS P5QL [P35]
Gigabyte EP43-DS3
ASUS P5Q Pro LGA 775 Intel
GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L LGA 775
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R (Intel P35)
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775
ASUS P5K, or the MSI Neo2-FR.
Gigabyte EP45-DS3
ASUS P5 deluxe
P5QC
Asus P5N-D



I am not able to find really good motherboard for this system. I will be looking at good computing, good gaming and some overclocking on air cooling.


Please help me in finding some good configuration.

1.whats ur budget ?
2.where are u located ? whats the board available to u ? --->> if u want to locally and not online ...

My max budget for CPU+Motherboard would be 15K

I am located in NCR (delhi). Locally or online anything woul dwork at leat things should be good.

as choto cheeta said ..... definately go for MSI P45 neo F ..available at 6375 + shipping @ itwares...first look it locally u should get it for around 6K ...if u want to go for something higher ..u can choose ASUS P5Q for about 8k .....

basically go for value P45 chipset based mobo ...as its new better and faster chipset than old P35...

so i wouldn't suggest ...the P35 based mobo u listed...

Point Blanc
P45 chipset mobos are crossfire enabled I think, check the specs sheet for them
MSI P45 Neo-F is the cheapest of all P45 mobo, so a very good buy.
