Can anyone tell me a DDR3 motherboard with onboard video chipset for amd phenom II x2 555 under 4k?

If you are not too finicky about 7xx series chipsets then for under 3k you can look for :
Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 / Biostar A780L3 - 2.6k
This is the price I remember from 3 months back, so you might wanna check on that.It couldn't have increased.

Or you can go for Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H - 4.1k.I'm sure you wouldn't mind spending 100-200 bucks more to get a better MoBo.

^^couldn't find LE edition...found only "M" edition & another "M/USB3" one.But both these boards were more than 5k.OP wants within 4k.

880g chipset by giga/msi/ecs are all under 4.5k

If you can increase your budget by 0.3K then go for ECS 885GM A2 available @ 4.28K with shipping from Techshop.in. This is the best feature rich board available at this budget.
It is having Full ATX form factor, very well layout of the components for installing big components like big Gfx cards, SATA 3, 2 PCI Express X16 slot (X16-X4) mode, 2 PCI Express X1 and 2 PCI slots.

The review of this mobo isalso very good.
