what about i ball 18.5 led sparkle 1854 and benq 18.5 led gl903a

I have a Benq GL950 which I think would be a great choice.
Also see if you can find a Del IN2020. It's a great monitor for the price. Might be just outside budget but will be worth the extra cash.
