monitor beep

hello friends when I startup my system then when my monitor (LG 300E) makes a strong beep type of noise..what can be the problem???although it was not the same few months back.

Are you sure that the beep is coming from the monitor ?

I've never heard about monitors making any beeps...

mainly it happens only while booting .it makes a noise something what comes out while degaussing..
