Modem Drivers on Linux

Broken In
Connecting to the internet through dial up becames a tough task under linux. Especiallly if you r having an internal modem.
I have got a few drivers.
Smartlink
Hfc
and a few more

Does anyone need them?
Does anyone has D-Link Modem drivers for linux?

Well, almost all driver providers/modem manufacturers have their respective product drivers for Windows, Linux, etc. on their website.. Also the websites mentioned by @QwertyManiac can be used..

If the DLink modem is based on the conexant chipset, you can get the linuxant drivers for it. GNUrag has hosted version 5 of these at *db.ilug-bom.org.in/lug-authors/anurag/HSF-linmodem-5.03.27-tar.gz

See if it works.

Uh, I am sorry, but the driver I mentioned is for conexant chipsets, and not PCTel ones. I provided the link as the original poster needed them.

But you seem to be having lots of info about PCTel at the linmodems site :) You could look at this page for a start.
