Moblie phone under 4k

My old 3315 set broke down yesterday and i was looking to buy a new one.
I live in delhi so i was wondering wether to go in for CDMA or GSM..
I am not much into having the latest phone . My main activities is SMS so i wul want one with a nice keypad. Prefferably colour screen. Please guide me,.

Go for Sony Ericsson J300i, 65K Colour, Has 12 MB Capacity, MP3 Tones, USB Support, Video Player, GPRS, JAVA Support.

You can transfer pictures, 3GP Videos, Themes, MP3 ringtones (which you can edit) from your computer with the help of USB Data Cable.

I use SE J300i and have a FM Hands Free.

Don't go for FM Mobiles like J230 which are not good and has low options.

Also the price is about Rs.3800 - Rs.4200
