mobi mb 3.37 problem

in my pc mobi mb 3.7 is showing only phone icon and conecting device name. not able to opening the contains of phone. please help

Go to file---> settings--->Advanced tab-->In advanced tick all--->click OK
Now u can see all contains of your phone
