Midtown Madness 2 Graphics Patch

Im facing this problem since long never bothered to checkout though....

while running midtown madness 2 on my old pc (amd athlon 1.1, 192mb sd ram, 32mb s3 pro savage onboard graphics from via chipset mobo)..im not able to run in 3d mode....it works fine in software reder but on 3D accelerator mode thers lotsa glitches ....its unplayable....can any one help...if theres any patch available for this...

yes there is a patch available, search on google and also get a nocd version of the patch.

well i always jump to dis forum aftr a complete search in google...didnt find any...found some for intel though which didnt work....can u plz tell me precisely which one u know.
