microsoft gaming section

hey guys there is a gaming section in microsoft that has a software that tells u if specific games will work on ur computer .after it checks my computers hardware it goes only till 40% wats wrong wit it it never goes beyond that.

do you think that i have a fake version os xp pro.cuz thats wat i think.cuz my pc engineer had a copied version of xp pro.

ya mate 99% u have a pirated version of xp. dint ur engineer give u the original cd if u specified for legal xp ? also did u activate xp or not ? you can check your if its genuine or not using the microsoft validation check but it is not alwaz correct. and did u buy a assembled or branded system ? branded systems come with the os preinstalled and u get some sort of recovery cd i guess.

I guess,

It does not matter whether it is pirated or genuine copy, coz I tried this in a genuine corporate edition and still gets stuck at 40%.

Anybody has any bright solution?
