What is the main purpose?

Connecting my desktop to internet with my 3G SIM, as well as surfing on my Android and downloading on my lappy even when desktop is turned off. Will mostly be inside my room or office. But its better if range is good. I will prefer range then battery backup.

Support to 4G will be good though not necessary. I want good signal reception, better download and upload speed.
