Back to school!!
Go to: START/DOCUMENTS/mohw/settings/PROF_SAVE_profile, open the file with notepad:
ctrl+f, search for GstAudio.AudioQuality
It was 0 /1 make it 4, save and close.
If you are using a genuine copy you have to repeat the operation on this folder as well:
START/DOCUMENTS/MOHW_DayOnePatch_PC/settings/PROF_SAVE_profile
PS: This fixed the issue for me, if not fixed, also update driver(I updated to nVdiai 310.70beta), and when black screen appears alt tab to desktop a few times.
Also even if you are using a genuine copy and nothing works try using the crack from FLT with the steps I mentioned.
Note to mods: This is an actual workaround suggested by someone on the official ea forums and not deleted by mods as it really is the only workaround for such a cr@p port.
