Masters in Canada

Hello, I completed B.C.A last month and now I am planning to do my masters in IT field in Canada. I have two options:

Diploma for 1 year (Canada) + Masters in Canada or
Diploma for 1 year (India) + Masters in Canada

I am not really good at Quant/Maths and I am assuming that if I do diploma here, I would be required to take GRE for admission in Canada but if I study diploma there, I won't need GRE. Can anyone confirm this?
Also, is it tough to find a job in Canada after Masters in IT field?

Can anyone recommend any good colleges for Diploma in Canada?

If you do your diploma from Canada, you won't need to give GRE but universities will still recommend you to give it (it has additional weightage).
