making voice ring tones

i have l7 moto with 128mb of memo..
i have some places like home..and office from where i constantly get call

so what i want is place a kind of musical or not musical voice alert saying that may be "you have call from home" when there is call from home and "you have call from office" and so on.

if i record it manually and store it ,it sound too unprofessional and even doesn't sound like ring tone...

so are there any such software to make such ring tone with the custom voice message...

use text to speech converters ... like talk2me/talkany and record the sound...

normally these text to speech convertor were not made for it so doesnt give good result and give feeling that it is reading some thing rather then informing..
and it doesn't have any music support as welll
so any mobi softs
