Making Led panel lights using broken LED screens. Clearly explained by DIYperks:

Made another panel yesterday ! Light from 2 panels is really good. Check pics. The camera couldn't handle images when directly pointed at the lit panels. But its a very nice comfortable light, as long as one is not directly looking at them.
They could be used as window panels as suggested in the video, IF the room is very well lit.

Irrelevant thoughts: soldering was much easier. Got a thin soldering wire this time.

I bought broken led laptop 'panels'. It cost Rs 20 / panel

nice. led lights work best when they are mounted on ceilings (i.e. no direct throw at eye). share with us the final pic when they are mounted.
