Macbook Pro MD313 Where to buy?

Hi,
I will be buying a macbook pro and a windows laptop in next month.
For windows laptop i am planning either Dell or HP coz only those 2 offer Accidental Damage Protection in India AFAIK.

Coming to Macbook pro I decided to buy MD313 see the following link

The thing is Apple iStore ppl are selling it for 69,900 (MRP only) where as in eBay its only 62,280 (12% discount) and Credit Card EMI.

At iStore we wont even get any free accessories even we paid the full MRP.
They are giving a 6% student discount but i am no student.

Can I trust that eBay seller? becoz he is giving 12% discount. May be they are imported from US. Will there be any warranty issues? Moreover he got lot of negative feedback for shipping the item very late(more than 20days)

So please give ur advises. what will you do if you were me?
1) buy from iStore for MRP
2) buy from eBay for 12% discount

There will no warranty issue as Apple gives International warranty and I think it is an imported item but it doesn't matter at all.
Or if you are not a student then you can take in the name of your cousin or friend who is a student and can avail the education/student discount

Try getting it from Vijay Sales,they might offer you some extra discount or some good deal.
