1)Buy a Mac mini and install windows using A handy app known as Boot camp assistant
2)Assemble yourself a Home theatre pc (you can make one under 20k And BEAT Mac mini in terms of perfomance)
3)If you ask an alternative Look For-
ALIENWARE ALPHA-25-45k
Alienware x51-40-60k
Go to flipkart and look for Mini pcs they are starting as low as 8,800
Overall I recommend assembling a HTPC and you will trash a Mac mini Or get a Mini pc from flipkart
