lsass.exe system error???????

i got stuck suddenly in a new problem today
when my system boots up then a pop up dilog box appears:
lsass.exe system error
An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function
system boots up again and again what to do now?
i dnt WANT to format.
i tried recovery console also but adminstrator password fails
safe mode did not open.
is there any way to recover my window ?
please help me

this happened to me onece
u would'nt even believe what i did for it

start the system
it will show u the message
then while it is shutting down switch of the plug(main plug)
my ups does not work

my sytem had started working the nexttime i had started it

try switching off at diffrent time

It is the sasser virus....use avg

lsass.exe exploit as i know u r not using any fire wall. if u have multi boot system then i can help u send me mail to Abhi_12ka4@rediffmail.com if u have multi boot system(1.98 in C:/ drive & XP in D:/ Drive)
