i have an XP based P3 computer in my home. recently for last few days whenever i am going online or i connect my pc to internet after 5 or 6 minutes its showing me an error message describing that LSA Shell error(Export Version). then and there my pc get hanged and after a while a shuting up window appears which shows a countdown timer of 1 minute and at last it is restarted. i ve disabled almost all the background services of XP and also scan my pc with antivirus but no virus are found. even i ve run the sasser removal toolalso but also it shows after scanning that no such virus found in the computer. my pc configuration is 256 MB RAM with 1.13 GHzs 40GB HDD.
Please help me out if any solution to overcome this problem is available.all the suggestions are highly welcome.
