low budget mobile

i want a low budget mobile phone with camera, more sms storage and more phonebook storage.
i have decided to buy fotomoto from motorola which has camera, 500 no. phone book memory and 750 sms memory at 2300/-
is this a good option ? has anyone using / used the same phone ? if yes ,how is the performance ?
or anyone has good option than this with same facilities ?
