Lot of noise from speakers

I have an acer 4520 aspire laptop, with Realktek HD speakers.. Recently, my output speakers are not sounding very clear. There's a lot of disturbance, which increases as i bring up the volume..

Its been less than a year, since i bought the laptop and im facing the problem already. Even with headphones i get the same noise..

Could it be a driver or a hardware problem? How to fix it please i need your suggestions

In volume settings mute your mic volume and check if the noise exists. The noise maybe because your mic is capturing surrounding noise and is played through your speakers.
If its not working, please mention what is the type of noise
