the above configuration is available in Dell XPS Systems but they will cost you around 58k which might be a bit high for you. Consider Dell Inspirion 1525 series they have 3 GB ram and 250 GB hard disk at around 40k

As far as the processor I guess you were taking about core 2 duo processor As 'core 2 quad" does not exists its either core 2 duo or Quad Core processor.

But I am not sure if Quad Core Processor is available on any laptop priced under 65k.

^^ quad core processor is called core2quad.

@Deepjoy. I don't think core2quad is not yet available for mobile platform. Check Dell Studio 16 series of laptops.

btw, what is your budget.

Go for Dell / Lenovo - Personal suggestion. I mean if your query was to list the brands ..
