Does any body out there know how to load the Wine emulator when it is installed.I want to use Nero in Linux.My Linux is Mandrake 9.1.

I don't think u can use NERO 6 in Linux but u need to configure it to work with Nero 5.x.... visit the WINE App List *thetechnozone.com/pcbuyersguide/software/system/TheWineList.html

here u'll find configuration related Nero inWINE...

You are trying to fit a Ferrari engine onto an auto rickshaw... Just as nero works best for Window$, K3B works best for GNU/Linux operating systems.

For running WINE, first run # winesetup . this configures wine to use an existing windows installation's shared libraries with wine.

then run $ wine <program_name.exe>

Why don't you simply use K3B?
(If its not available in your menus, you have to add it in from Add/Remove Packages).
