Linux dumps me!

hey hi all, i want to boot linux from my pendrive in my coll comp, when i make the bootable pendrive from unetbootin.exe and boot it on coll comp it gives me bootmanager missing error, where as when i run the same pendrive on my PC it runs pretty well! what could be the problem, i have tried with different linux like linux mint, ophcrack, ubuntu etc.

that is the problem dude it doesn't boots from my pendrive! so that = no boot menu!
and if u are asking for the boot devices
then they are
HDD
CD rom
USB zip
USB HDD
USB FDD
LAN boot.

Is that the proper boot order as stated by BIOS? If so, it will boot from HDD. You will need to change the boot order to make USB first.
If not, are you connecting the pendrive through a USB hub?

USB-HDD should be selected to boot the PD.

dude i have changed the boot order in the main BIOS. but then also its not running.

don't change the boot order, try and press F8 while booting, you'll get a dialog asking to select which device to boot into, select your USB drive and you should be able to do so

remove any traces of other OSs and then install Linux
it is bound to work
