LG Optimus G Pro or Sony Xperia Z?

So I want to buy a new phone under 23K and I have shortlisted these two

LG Optimus G Pro
Pros:Good screen,32 GB internal memory,physical buttons
Cons:Too big,Not much dev support (as in ROMs)

Sony Xperia Z
Pros:Good dev support,small(compared to G Pro)
Cons:Screen :( ,onscreen buttons

So which one should I go for?
Both are gonna be bought from eBay so no manufacturer warranty

Any other mobile which fits my requirements? i.e Good Dev Support and 2 GB RAM and expandable memory

You could check optimus g e970 ( at&t) version, but it has lower screen resolution (720p) , lower camera resolution (8 mp) and lower internal memory (16 GB). But has good dev support, 2 GB ram, and microSD card slot.

Yeah but thing is its not available new on eBay now :(
And I don't mind low res or cam or 16 internal

First one is locked BTW
Is GEB trustable though?

Keep in mind that E970 is not serviceable in India as its entirely different from Indian OG E975. So you wont get any help in service centers even if you offer paid servicing.

What about E980 which is identical to Indian version I.e E988?
