Lg cookie problem

I have a lg cookie fresh- GS290
First of all it doesnt have an acceloremeter whereas in most sites on the net the feature is given.
Now the main problem is that on some random day , my phone will delete all the messages and bring some 388 messages back from history(which i have already deleted) and when you click on any of those message, it has been rewritten with the new one.Quite confusin' , eh?
Ok,in simple words it deletes messages and rewrites the old .
Is this a virus or is a manufacturing defect?
Please help me guys as I have brought my phone just a month back and such a problem :O
Will lg replace it ?
Also, could you suggest me some good mobile antivirus?

U better go to LG service center and tell them the problem...most probably they will re-install the OS...it seems like a bug in the software rather then a virus..
