2 days back I asked the LG warranty services team lead to share those Terms and Conditions where they have mentioned about this dead pixel count policy, since he told me "It's already mentioned in the terms and conditions". Now that person is not even attending call.
I am also still waiting to hear words from the showroom manager.
I bought for 58K + 7.8K extended warranty and dead pixel came within a week of usage. I am not sure now that if I fight for a replacement then next panel would not be this bad. And say I decide to keep this panel then what if this current panel is of bad quality and over period of time one by one more dead pixel start to appear, but below the threshold count.
