Lenovo or Dell

I hav listed two options to buy as a lappy:

1.Lenovo Ideapad z500
3rd gen i5
6 gb ram
1 tb hdd
2 gb ddr3 nvidia geforce gt 645m
15.6 inch screen

2.Dell inspiron 14r special edition
3rd gen i5
4 gb ram
500 gb hdd
2 gb ddr3 nvidia geforce gt 640m
14 inch screen

So i hav 2 questions:
Whose after sales service is better as i live in pune and is 14 inch screen that smaller?

According to specs...the Lenovo model looks better. But the after-sales of Dell will definitely be better than Lenovo. 14inch is small for playing games(according to me), but for other purposes its fine.

I have been considering the Dell 14R SE as well. Only drawback is that there is no customization option available as it is shipped directly from Malaysia. Availability of spare parts may be a concern due to this reason.

Has the Z500 been introduced in India yet? Any idea about the price?

yes, it's been introduced in India.....price between 50k-52k........
