LED 40" in 40-50k

I am looking to buy a 40" LED TV.

I am not at all interested in features like wi fi, internet, facebook, skype, 3D or smart Tv.

All I want is best audio and PQ.

There are no specific brands in my mind though I heard lot about Samsung and Sony (good things of course .

Budget : 40-50K

In that budget getting a good 40" LED is very difficult.
Try finding out Samsung 40D5000 in local market, it has been discontinued but some dealers still have it in stock, you can get it for around 53-55k.
Apart from that also have a look at Samsung 40EH5000, I think you can get this one in your budget only if you are good at bargaining.

I checked out 40EH5000 and its available at around 51k. But there was one Sony model EX430 around and I found pic quality is better than samsung but it costs way high around 59k.

Also, I am bit confused about the size.....my viewing distance is 8-10ft...shall I go for 32" or 40"?

If the viewing distance is around 8-10ft then 32" would be more than enough I think but as we all know the bigger the better.
