40-50k

I am looking to buy a 40" LED TV. I am not at all interested in features like wi fi, internet, facebook, skype, 3D or smart Tv. All I want is best audio and PQ. There are no specific brands in my mind though I heard lot about Samsung and Sony (good things of course :)). Budget : 40-50K
