Lava Xolo customer service

Hey guys,
i'm pretty impressed by xolo play and wan't to buy this phone but am skeptical about xolo service center's in general availability, willingness to help (in gurgaon)...

if anybody can shed some light on this matter.

I am also facing the same dilemma whether or not to go for Xolo Q700.I did a little research by reading user reviews of many popular Xolo phones on flipkart and found that unsurprisingly Xolo service is horrible no matter where you live.If you are going for Xolo be prepared to face horrible customer service if your phone develops a fault. For your budget i would suggest Xperia L.

If that is d case then I'll save a bit more money and get myself the Xperia sp or nexus 4

^ smartest move ever..really not worth spending more than 8k-10k on these phones.. :/
