Laptop Under 40K INR

Hi,
My friend's brother is a mechanical engineering student and he want to buy a new laptop.
Budget is 40K(including a mouse and carry case/bag at-least).
We gonna visit Chandni,Kolkata this Monday.
Now I don't have much idea about laptop so pls guys help me to get best option for him.
Now the guy wants to buy HP(don't know why).
When I asked about Dell he said Dell's battery not good at all.



1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
40,000 INR

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Mainstream; 15" +

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Gonna use for study(I guess Autocad,3Dmax etc),Entertainment and of course little gaming too.

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
Biased to HP

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
i3 6th Gem CPU
At least 4GB RAM.
1TB HDD
15"+ Screen 1080P Full HD
Dedicated Graphic with at least 1GB VRAM
Battery back up 4 Hours


BTW,if possible pls tell me which shops are good for buying laptop at Chandni,Kolkata.

Is there any other option from HP with Intel CPU ?
I can see both laptops comes with Windows 10 but how can I confirms if OS is legit or not while purchasing the laptop at spot ?
If I buy with DOS OS then price will low for same config ?

If he can increase his budget to 45k I will suggest HP Pavilion 15-ab029TX.

Regarding 2nd question.
OS will be original for sure.

Most OEM don't have Option for laptops without OS now.Asus may have some but HP don't sell any new laptop without OS.

I Would sincerely suggest you to get laptop with OS since from WIN 10 microsoft will provide windows as service so that means you will get all updates and new version of windows for free through windows update.
